Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Shalom RV Rentals. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Rental Requirements

Renters must be at least 25 years old with a valid driver’s license.

A government-issued photo ID is required for identity verification.

Proof of insurance may be required before pickup or delivery.

2. Reservation and Payment

Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

A security deposit may be required and will be refunded upon return of the RV, subject to inspection.

3. Use of RV

The RV must be used responsibly and returned in the same condition it was delivered.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in all RVs.

Pets are not allowed unless prior approval is given.

4. Mileage and Generator Usage

Mileage limits may apply and will be stated on the listing.

Excess mileage or generator usage will incur additional fees.

5. Pick-Up and Return

Pick-up and return times must be scheduled in advance.

Late returns may result in additional charges.

6. Insurance and Liability

Renters are responsible for any damage to the RV during the rental period.

Insurance must cover both liability and collision.

Shalom RV Rentals is not liable for personal injuries or loss of personal property.

7. Maintenance and Repairs

Renters must not attempt any repairs on the RV.

If any mechanical issue or damage occurs during the rental period, contact Shalom RV Rentals immediately.

Unauthorized repairs or modifications are strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

8. Prohibited Use

The RV may not be used for illegal activities or in violation of any laws.

Off-road travel is prohibited.

The RV may not be driven outside of the continental U.S. without prior written consent.

Alcohol consumption, tailgating, festivals, or similar large gatherings are strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We use third-party services like Stripe for secure processing of sensitive data.

10. Cancellations & Refunds

Renters are entitled to a full refund for all cancellations made at least 30 days prior to the rental start date.

Renters are entitled to a 50% refund for all cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the rental start date.

Less than 14 days prior to the rental start date, the booking is non-refundable.

A 24-hour cancellation grace period is granted for all bookings made at least 7 days prior to the rental start date.

For bookings made within 7 days of the rental start date, a 1-hour grace period is given.

If a booking is cancelled during a grace period, a full refund (less the screening fee) will be granted.

11. Modifications to Terms

Shalom RV Rentals reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
